• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Schedule Note: Every other weekend required
• Location: Springdale, Arkansas

Job Requirements

• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate license
• Minimum of 1 year of Behavioral Health RN or Psychiatric RN experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Cerner experience required
• SAMA certification preferred, with the option to complete training onsite if needed
• Strong communication, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a behavioral health and psychiatric care setting
• Monitor patient status, assess behavioral health needs, document care accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support safe therapeutic interventions and maintain a calm, structured environment for patients and staff
• Respond appropriately to behavioral health concerns, changing patient conditions, and crisis situations
• Use Cerner to document assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes
• Work scheduled night shifts and every other weekend as assigned
