• Provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting during 12-hour night shifts.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' physical and clinical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using MEDITECH.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Additional Information Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts Care Setting: Acute Care Hospital Charting System: MEDITECH License Required: Yes (Active State RN License) Required Certification: BLS Certification BSN Required: No Local Candidate Policy: Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
