Travel Requirement: Candidates must live 60+ miles from the facility to qualify as travelers.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate team members.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health experience.

Additional Information

• Orientation is held biweekly on Tuesdays.

• Multiple shifts are currently available.
