Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician Profession: Behavioral Health Technician Specialty: Behavioral Health Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in behavioral health Must-Have: - Strong crisis-management and de-escalation skills - Ability to maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport - Excellent communication and observation skills - Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team - Physical ability to support patient care, including potential restraint use per policy - Commitment to trauma-informed care and patient-centered practices Description: This position requires working nights from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. The schedule includes every other weekend. Candidates with a minimum of six months of experience in behavioral health will be considered. Strong crisis-management and de-escalation skills are essential. The ability to maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport is crucial. Excellent communication and observation skills are required. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. Physical ability to support patient care, including potential restraint use per policy, is necessary.
