Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience
• MA-prepared therapist
• Active MA state license
• LCSW / LICSW / LMHC
• BLS
• Psychotherapy experience
• Psychosocial assessments
• Treatment planning
• Discharge planning
• Group therapy
• Individual therapy sessions
• Group therapy preferred
• Experience with adult patients
• Flexible personality/working style

• Program: PHP & IOP
• Beds: PHP – 10 | IOP – 10
• Patient Ratio: Up to 1:10
• Patient Population: Adults
• Common Diagnoses: Depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety

Important Notes

• Travel candidates must live 60+ miles from the facility.
• Orientation occurs every other week on Tuesdays.
• Required certifications must be completed before start.
• No weekends or call.
