Job Opportunity – Medical Technologist (Blood Bank) – Georgia

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Metro Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Every third weekend required. No on-call. Flexibility to float within facility and scope of practice as needed.

Requirements:

• Active Medical Technologist (MT) certification from ASCP, AMT, or ABB (MLT certification not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical laboratory experience required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers cannot be accommodated
• Blood Bank experience strongly preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Georgia state license or compact licensure required at time of application
• Proficiency with hospital laboratory information systems and electronic charting
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
