**Exciting Opportunity for an RN in the Cellular Therapies Unit!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team on a 51-bed unit specializing in care for patients with blood cancers - Engage with patients receiving innovative treatments such as chemotherapy, biotherapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapy - Work alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient lives **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the BMT/Onc unit - Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments - Float between the BMT/Onc and Cellular Therapies Units as needed - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years acute care experience in BMT/Hematology and chemotherapy administration - Candidates with 1.5 years of experience may be considered - Active AHA BLS certification - Current CO or Compact RN License - Oncology Certified Nurse (ONC) certification - Flexibility to float to sister facilities in the metro region based on unit needs - Comfortable adapting to flexible nurse-to-patient ratios, typically 3-4:1 **Additional Information:** - Rotating schedules with various days of the week - Weekend shifts required as per unit needs - Charting performed using Epic - Scrub color: Navy **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
