**Join Our Dynamic Cath Lab Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Overview:** - Location: 500 West Main Street - 1st Floor, Main Building - Number of Beds: 1 Cath/EP Lab - Team Composition: 6 Staff (5 RNs, 1 Tech) - **Shift Information:** - Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Rotating off-days/week - Rotating on-call nights for a minimum of 3 team members (including at least one RN) - **Patient Care:** - Patient Ratios: 1:1 team - Equipment Used: GE, Mac Lab, Abbott Ensite X - EMR: Mac Lab - **Essential Qualifications:** - Must-Haves: - Experienced scrub - Experienced in monitoring - Nice-to-Haves: - EP scrub experience - EP monitor experience - **Procedures Performed:** - Left Heart Cath - PCI - Pacemaker and ICD Implants - TEE - Cardioversion - Loop Recorders - EP Studies - EP Ablations (including Amulets) - **Ideal Candidate Attributes:** - Attention to detail - Calm under pressure - Team player - Compassionate and patient-centered - Adaptability and flexibility - Strong communication skills - Physical stamina - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - RCIS - RRT - **Flexibility:** - Ability to float within the facility in applicable areas - Can float to sister facilities within a reasonable radius - **Dress Code:** - Ceil blue scrubs - **Scheduling:** - Rotating minimum of two weekends per month - 1 year of experience required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
