Job Summary: The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) located in Conroe, Texas, is seeking an experienced healthcare professional proficient in managing complex cardiac and vascular procedures. This role involves working in a high-acuity environment that includes electrophysiology (EP), structural heart interventions such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and hybrid procedures like endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). The position offers a dynamic setting with a focus on adult cardiovascular care and trauma support.
Job Details:
Location: Conroe, Texas
Schedule: Monday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts (6:30 a.m. 5 p.m.)
Shift Hours: 10 hours per shift
Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); license to submit; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex cardiac and vascular cases, including EP, TAVR, and EVAR procedures.
Additional Information: The unit performs approximately 2 cases per day in a 242-bed Level II Trauma designated facility. Charting is completed using the EPIC electronic medical record system, with connectivity to GE Maclab systems. The hospital's cancellation policy permits up to 4 shifts to be canceled during a 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for shorter periods. Call responsibilities are to be determined and will be scheduled on a 7-10 day basis within a 5-week cycle.
