**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team! - This is your opportunity to provide top-notch patient care in a fast-paced environment while developing your professional skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Obtain and record initial assessments; establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs. - Re-assess patients systematically to track progress and identify trends requiring intervention. - Develop and implement individualized, measurable plans of care within established timeframes. - Make informed nursing decisions based on facts and patient evaluations, modifying care plans as needed. - Engage in patient and significant other health education and discharge planning. - Implement and document timely interventions tailored to patient needs. - Conduct evaluations of the plan of care and perform various Point of Care testing procedures. **Staff Responsibilities:** - Utilize effective communication strategies to achieve desired outcomes. - Delegate work assignments appropriately, ensuring timely completion of patient care support activities. - Coordinate team assignments and adjust based on patient and unit needs, following up for quality assurance. - Act as a resource for physicians, staff, and visitors, promoting a welcoming environment. - Participate in the orientation of new staff/students and foster a positive, professional work atmosphere. **Customer Relations:** - Exhibit behaviors that create high levels of patient satisfaction and promote positive relations. - Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster harmony and teamwork. - Uphold the hospital’s credibility and integrity, contributing to continuous service improvement. **Other Responsibilities:** - Assist with special projects as required, adapting to changes in the work environment. - Maintain a positive attitude and assume responsibility for your professional growth. - Comply with all safety policies and maintain positive attendance. **Requirements:** - Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. - Certification/Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license; BLS and ACLS Certification required. - Skills: - Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients’ rights in care delivery. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient. **Work Schedule:** - Full Time: 7AM - 5PM **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
