Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specialist position located at a beachside acute care hospital. This role involves performing various cardiac procedures, including coronary angiograms, intra-aortic balloon pump placements, and electrophysiological studies. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/19/2026 and end on 02/08/2027, with a consistent shift schedule.

Job Details

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026 and ending 02/08/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license in the applicable state; at least 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory; certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience with diagnostic cardiac catheterization, electrophysiological studies, and vascular procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a community hospital or similar setting; experience with complex cardiac interventions and operating charting systems such as Epic.
• On-call: Yes, based on needs with a 30-minute response time; call shifts can include approximately 10 shifts in a 6-week cycle, including one weekend.
• Float: No, float rotation is not required for this assignment.
• Additional Information: This role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients, managing acute cardiac conditions such as ST-elevated myocardial infarctions, arrhythmias, strokes, and peripheral vascular diseases. Candidates must be comfortable with advanced equipment including intravascular ultrasound, fractional flow reserve systems, and specialized devices like Impella and Rotoblator. Training modules must be completed prior to start.
