Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform left and right heart catheterizations following standard protocols.
• Administer and monitor medication drips, adjusting dosages as necessary.
• Manage patients with advanced cardiac assist devices such as Impella and IABP.
• Participate in drug studies and specialty procedures, including TAVR and TMVR.
• Maintain precise documentation in the EMR systems: Sunrise/Allscripts and Mac Lab.
• Respond to emergency situations during on-call hours, providing patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN License with ACLS certification required.
• Proven critical care experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Proficient in operating cardiac catheterization lab equipment.
• Experience in independent management of cardiac drips and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness and availability to fulfill on-call obligations, including nights and weekends.
