Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN with EP and interventional radiology experience for a role requiring ARRT certification and on-call coverage.

Details

• Work in the Cath Lab/Special Procedures department performing diagnosis and treatment procedures
• Cath Lab caseload includes 40% radiology cases requiring on-call coverage for that modality
• Perform both scrub and monitoring roles for interventional radiology and cardiology cases
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4x10-hour day shifts from 0700-1730
• Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call required

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• ARRT certification required
• EP (electrophysiology) experience required
• Interventional radiology experience required
• AHA certifications required; RQI certifications not accepted

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year and relocated with a new address to be eligible as a traveler
