Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - Travel
Location: Hyannis, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift (Rotating Start Times) | Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Rotating shifts (07:00 AM–03:30 PM, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM, 09:00 AM–05:30 PM)
On-Call Requirement: Yes (nights, weekends, and holidays on rotation)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiology (Travel) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, and EP procedures
  • Perform scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and recording hemodynamic data
  • Operate interventional equipment and imaging systems
  • Prepare sterile trays and maintain sterile field
  • Assist with contrast media administration under physician direction
  • Monitor patient physical and psychological status during procedures
  • Explain procedures and provide patient reassurance
  • Transfer and position patients safely
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Apply radiation safety practices including shielding and protection
  • Support EP procedures when required
  • Document procedural and hemodynamic data accurately
  • Collaborate with cardiac care team
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology OR equivalent experience (3+ years Cath Lab experience)
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • IABP certification required
  • RCIS certification preferred/required depending on role
  • ARRT certification required where applicable
  • Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required (if applicable)
  • EP experience required for EP-focused roles (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong Cath Lab / IR / EP experience required
  • Strong sterile technique and procedural knowledge
  • Ability to work in high-pressure interventional environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
