Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech for cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Perform standard diagnostic and complex interventional procedures with precision in a high-volume lab.

• Participate in on-call duties, averaging 9 days per month, to provide patient care 24/7.
• 
  
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in recording patient information using Meditech EMR.
• 
  
• Maintain and operate state-of-the-art equipment, including Philips imaging systems.
• 
  
• Work collaboratively with a staffed team for each procedure, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio.
• 
  
• Adapt to the demands of a very busy lab with a strong sense of urgency and team-oriented mindset.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
• 
  
• Current ARRT or RCIS certification required.
• 
  
• Demonstrated experience with standard diagnostic and complex interventional cardiology procedures.
• 
  
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, high-volume environment.
• 
  
• Strong understanding and adherence to hospital safety and patient policies.
• 
  
• Ability to handle on-call requirements including weekends when needed.
