Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech - Cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.



Responsibilities

  • Perform procedures in cardiac catheterization, structural heart, interventional neuro, and peripheral vascular interventions.

  • Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment and supplies for procedures within the cath lab.

  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using EMR systems including Meditech and MacLab.

  • Participate effectively in 24/7 call teams to ensure comprehensive care and response to emergencies.

  • Uphold all unit guidelines and policies, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a cardiac catheterization lab.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Knowledge of interventional cardiac and neuro procedures.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality fitting the team culture.

  • Comfortable with 24/7 call rotations and potential emergency scenarios.
