Job Details:
### Required Experience and Skills: - Cardiac/vascular experience - Experience with cardiac surgery post-op patients (e.g., CABG, valve replacements, heart transplants) - Experience with vascular surgery post-op/procedures and cardiology procedures - Required to titrate drips like heparin, amiodarone, Cardizem, TPA, Lasix, dobutamine ### Required Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) ### Licensure: - Valid nursing license willing to wait for processing if needed ### Shifts & Schedule: - Night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts - Weekend requirement: every other weekend - Holiday requirement: Yes ### Orientation: - 2-3 shifts of unit/department-specific orientation ### Additional Information: - BSN is not required - License submission accepted with willingness to wait - Dress code: Solid Royal Blue and white ### Other: - Solid teamwork atmosphere with unit charge nurse and house supervisors available 24/7 - Nurse aids available with a goal of 4-5 clinical associates 24/7
