• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent experience in cardiac stepdown, telemetry, or acute care nursing
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, monitored patient care environment
• Comfort with night-shift scheduling and collaborative team-based care
• Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients with complex needs
• Monitor patient status closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely
