Job Summary: The ICU Cardiovascular Nurse will provide specialized critical care in an intensive care setting focused on cardiovascular patients, including post-operative open heart recovery. Located in a scenic region known for its vibrant community and outdoor amenities, this role involves delivering skilled nursing care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patient recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience; registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per hospital policy; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, evaluates outcomes, collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team, provides education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties, and performs other related duties as assigned
Additional Information: Need cardiovascular with open heart recovery training. Balloon pump/open heart experience needed.
