Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room setting, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical team members in the preparation and execution of cardiovascular surgeries.
• Manage patient care during perioperative periods, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide critical support during emergency surgeries.
• Utilize the Cerner documentation system for accurate and efficient patient data entry.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure compliance with infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Current RN License and BLS certification required.
• Extensive expertise in the CVOR circulating role is essential.
• Experience with procedures such as CABG, Valve Replacement, and Pacemaker Insertions is required.
• Advanced scrub and first assist experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios with strong critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Stryker equipment is beneficial.
