**Exciting Opportunity for a Contract RN in CVOR Surgery!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Contract RN - CVOR-Surgery - **Shift:** 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Call Rotation:** - Weekdays from 11 PM - 7 AM - 1-2 rotating weekend call shifts **Unit Information:** - **Location:** Surgery Unit - **Floor:** 1 - **ORs:** 5 **Staffing:** - Current Staffing: - 5 Full-Time RNs (including Manager and Boardrunner) - 2 Part-Time RNs (1 on FMLA) - 3 PRN RNs - 12 Surgical Techs - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 **Equipment:** - Basic OR equipment: - Cautery - Video monitors - Arthroscopy equipment - Positioning equipment - **EMR System:** Meditech **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - OR Circulator experience - BLS/ACLS certification - Ability to fulfill rotating call (one night a week minimum, one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum) - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, thoracic, and neuro surgery - **Best Personality Fit:** - Flexible, caring, compassionate, with a willing attitude **Dress Code:** - Scrub color/attire provided at facility **Floating Areas:** - NONE **Weekends and On Call:** - Rotate weeknight and weekends (one night a week minimum, one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum) --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
