Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Step Down/Cardiovascular Surgery unit requiring 18 months of strong cardiac PCU experience and a GA or compact RN license.

• Day shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience required
• Strong cardiac PCU experience required
• NIHSS certification required

Additional Information

• Provide step down level nursing care to cardiovascular surgery patients
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Former Emory staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted
