Travel Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) - $2,384 per week in Washington, DC

Job Title: Echocardiographer Profession: Technician Specialty: Echocardiography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in both basic and advanced cardiac imaging procedures required. License: Current State/District license required. Certifications: AART certification required. RDCS/RCS required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. ARDMS cardiac echo certification required. Must-Have: Experience with Echocardiology ultrasound systems and all transducers, including transesophageal, arterial, and/or vascular ultrasound experience required. Description: Must live 50 miles away. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Associate's Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program is necessary. Performs routine and advanced cardiac imaging studies for inpatients and outpatients. Completes the clerical duties associated with these procedures. Procedures may be performed on patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric in various settings including lab, bedside, ICU, ED, and OR.
