Travel Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) - $3,312 per week in Baltimore, MD

Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist Profession: Cardiovascular Technologist Specialty: CVIL Duration: 13 Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM) Experience: Must have experience in a Cath Lab License: Registered with ARRT or RCIS certification Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Knowledge of anatomy and physiology within the specialty of Diagnostic/Interventional Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology Description: Assist physicians in performing invasive procedures. Coordinate care in an assigned room and provide patient care. Independently operate all radiographic and ancillary equipment within discipline. Possess extensive knowledge of all guidewires, catheters, and related devices. Utilize imaging techniques that provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for specific cardiac procedures. Exhibit highly effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Establish working relationships that foster optimal patient care. Possess basic PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email. Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiologic Technology. AA degree preferred or proof of a formal training program if RCIS certified.
