Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience
- Care coordination experience required
- CA RN license required; pending license accepted but must be active by start date
- Travel experience required — no first-time travelers
- Ratio: 1:25
- Weekend coverage required; department operates 7 days/week
- Float to Laguna facility as needed
Notes:
- Acute Care Facility
- Days off vary and may not be consecutive
- Turquoise scrubs or business casual
- Up to 7 days of time off allowed
