✨ Position Details
We are looking for an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team

Requirements:

·         Active, unrestricted RN license in the state

·         1-2 years of recent Case Management experience

·         Experience with care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management

·         Strong knowledge of patient assessment and individualized care planning

·         Experience coordinating services across physicians, hospitals, facilities, insurance companies, and community resources

·         Strong understanding of medical necessity, authorization, and payer requirements

·         BLS certification required

Compensation

W2: $31.25/hour on W2

Stipend: $1,267/ Weekly

Gross Weekly: $2,517/ Weekly

• Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
