Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30), 70 guaranteed hours per two-week period. Weekend requirement includes every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule. Shift times may vary based on departmental needs.

• 13-week travel assignment with potential to work with diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience required
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification preferred; ACM-RN certification preferred
• Experience with admission criteria, appeals and denials, discharge planning, and utilization of InterQual criteria
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines, ICD-10 coding, and medical necessity determination
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Willingness to float within case management services as needed
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays during assignment period
