Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an outpatient case management role requiring acute care and specialty experience along with a CA RN license.

Details

• Case Management unit in a hospital setting
• Outpatient case management experience required
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting
• At least one year of full-time equivalent experience in the specialty area within the past two years
• EMR experience preferred
• At least one supervisory or manager reference from the applicable unit within the last year
• One additional reference within the past two years from a charge nurse, co-worker, or educator

Additional Information

• Coordinate patient care and utilization review activities within the case management department
• Candidates previously employed at the facility must be noted at time of consideration and require facility approval prior to assignment
• Once submitted for consideration, requested time off cannot be changed
