Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Edmonds, WA 98026

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Edmonds, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend coverage as needed. Expected to work 1 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Daily census of 18-20 patients.

Highlights:

• 91-day travel assignment in the greater Seattle area
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in case management
• Interdisciplinary support including interpretation services, social services, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system experience required
• First-time travelers welcome with appropriate experience
• Minimal floating required between facilities

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Epic charting system proficiency
• Experience with concurrent review, continued stay reviews, appeals and denials, and medical necessity determinations
• Knowledge of InterQual and Milliman guidelines preferred
• Familiarity with discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization review processes
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
