Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist to support coronary, structural, CTO, MCS, and vascular procedures with required ARRT certification.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit setting
• Day shift schedule, 07:00-07:30
• On-call required: one weekday call per week and one weekend call per month
• Uses Epic for charting
• Duties include prepping room and patient using sterile technique, operating imaging equipment and panning, and monitoring patient vital signs during procedures
• Procedures include coronary, structural, CTO, MCS, and vascular interventions

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• RCIS certification preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA preferred; some facilities require AHA only)
• Prior Cath Lab experience preferred
• License required if applicable
• Active MA licensure required at time of consideration; no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient prep, sterile technique, imaging equipment operation, and vital sign monitoring during cardiac procedures
• Local candidates considered if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Boston, MA, at a reduced rate
