Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday
• Occasional late days approximately 4-5 days per month, rarely working past 5:00 PM on those days
• Call requirement of one day per week and every fifth weekend
• Float as needed within the facility
• No weekend requirement
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Treat adult and geriatric patients referred to the Cath Lab with cardiovascular diagnoses including coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular disease, congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, and pericardial disease
• Perform procedures including Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), balloon angioplasty, stent placement, PFO/ASD closure, and CTO
• Operate specialized equipment including Impella, Penumbra, EKOS, Roto, Ultrasound, Shockwave, ACIST, and GE Mac Lab system
• Document using Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR communication systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience not required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT CI
• Required skills include: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
• Preferred skills include: ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Impella insertion, Rotablator atherectomy, TAVI/TAVR, vascular procedures including angioplasty and Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography
• Scrubs provided

This healthcare facility features a specialized Cardiac Catheterization Lab equipped with advanced technology including Siemens and General Electric (GE) Healthcare Fluoroscopy, Boston Scientific FFR/IVUS, Balloon Pump, Impella, and Mac Lab systems. The unit consists of 5 lab rooms with a daily census of 18 patients and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, phlebotomy, and interpretation services.
