Scrub RN - Cath Lab

Schedule

This position requires four 10-hour shifts per week, with potential for late shifts. Call responsibilities include being on call for up to seven days as per the schedule.

Job Description

The Scrub RN will work in the Cath Lab, where they will scrub and assist physicians while adhering to sterile techniques. Responsibilities include circulating, sedation, and attending to documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist during various cardiac procedures such as diagnostic heart caths, PCI, and IABP.
• Ensure compliance with sterile techniques and assist in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
• Manage sedation and documentation as required.
• Participate in after-hours call as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of one year of experience in a Cath Lab or relevant radiology role.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• EKOS experience is preferred but training will be provided.
