Job Details:
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS - Required Licensure: WI RN License - Required Experience: 3-5 years as a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology RN - Required Skills: EPIC, travel experience - Shift Details: Variable start time between 0630-0830 and end time between 1500-1700 - Call Requirements: 1-2 weekday nights (1700-0700) and 1 weekend a month (1700 Friday - 0700 Monday), holidays as needed - Onboarding and Submission Requirements: Ascension Badge Photo, Nursys License/Certificate Verification, Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Unit Specific Checklist (optional), Professional References, Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS, Skills Checklist, 12 Panel Drug Screen, Education Verification, Employment Verification - Health History Requirements for Onboarding: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap - Optional Documentation: Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Name Change Document
