Requirements
1+ year Cardiovascular/Cath Lab experience with cardiac procedures OR 1+ year Critical Care experience
Active RN license
AHA BLS
ACLS
BSN preferred, not required
Call Requirements
1–3 call shifts/week
On-call every 2nd–3rd weekend
Clinical Responsibilities
Monitor physiologic & hemodynamic data during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
Assess and monitor patients before, during & after procedures
Communicate patient status and changes with physicians
Prepare procedure rooms and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready
Manage case-specific supplies and inventory
Provide procedural patient care, documentation & safety monitoring
Participate in quality improvement/CQI initiatives
