Call: May average up to 10 shifts per 6-week period, including 1 call weekend

Pending License: Not accepted
RTO: Must be submitted with profile
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week pay period
Requirements:
ACLS required
BLS/BCLS required
NIH required
