Active California State Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Proficiency in EMR documentation and implementation of OT treatment plans.
