Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current state license in a relevant field Certifications: Relevant certifications preferred Must-Have: Cath lab experience Experience with Impella and IABP Experience with vents Description: This position is for a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech. The role involves working in a cardiac catheterization lab. You will be a part of a team that provides specialized care to patients. There are 2 labs with a total of 10 staff members. Each lab typically has 1 or 2 registered nurses and up to 2 technicians. On call, a typical team consists of 3 members. Patient ratios are 1:1 during procedures. Common procedures include LHC, RHC, PCI, shockwave, PPM, Impella, and IABP. Candidates with vascular/peripheral intervention experience and electrophysiology experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will be independent with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. This role requires commitment to work every other weekend and holidays.
