Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during procedures
- Ensure equipment is prepared and functioning before procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech- Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in a cardiac cath lab environment
