Shift – Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (07:30 AM – 06:00 PM)
Rotation – Weekend coverage included in call requirements
Float – Yes (Within facility and scope of practice as needed)
Call Requirement – Yes (5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks)
Job Description
Cath Lab Tech responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization laboratory. The technologist will perform scrub and circulator duties, maintain sterile technique, assist physicians during invasive cardiac procedures, and ensure proper operation and maintenance of cath lab equipment.
The role requires experience with a variety of cardiac procedures including diagnostic catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, and heart catheterizations. The Cath Lab Tech will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient safety throughout procedures.
