There are 22 staff members, including RNs and techs. During day shift, there is a director and manager, along with a minimum of 3 staff members per room. The night shift consists of an on-call team, with 4 staff members available for STEMI calls. Patient ratios are estimated at 1:1. The type of equipment used includes all GE rooms. The documentation system utilized is Meditech and MacLab. Call requirements state a maximum of 15 days on-call during critical periods. Typical Procedures Performed: Procedures include cardiac catheterization, cerebella angiograms, stent placements, balloon interventions, and ENT lab activities. Staff is expected to scrub for procedures as needed. Additional Preferences: Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Ability to function well independently is desirable. Dress Code: Surgical scrubs are required, and the unit will provide them. Awards and Recognition: Huddle calls occur daily to foster relationship development among the director, staff, and patients.
