Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds – 4 rooms, 1 patient per room
• Number of Staff – 22, consisting of RN' and Techs
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift
  • Night Shift – On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – all Client rooms
• EMR – Meditech and MacLab

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS, ACLS, ARRT
• Must be competent in Special Procedures & Client Innova

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• RCIS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Cardicac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing

Best personality Fit:

• Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced
• On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color - Surgical scrubs, Unit will provide

• Huddle calls daily, development of relationships with Director, staff and patients paramount
