Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech

Assist in performing cardiac catheterization and other procedures like cerebellar angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab activities
Scrub in and support the cath lab team during procedures
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate effectively with a team of RNs and techs to deliver outstanding patient care
Utilize Meditech and MacLab EMR systems for accurate patient documentation

Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech

Current BLS and ACLS certifications
ARRT certification
Competency in Special Procedures & GE Innova
RCIS preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
