Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,886 per week in Brownwood, TX

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 5x8 (06:00 - 14:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: ARRT or RCIS accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS, CET Must-Have: Experience in left/right heart catheterizations, PCI, and peripheral procedures. Description: Start date within the next 3-5 weeks. Hours may slightly vary based on patient scheduling. Candidates must be experienced in left/right heart catheterizations, PCI, and peripheral procedures. Experience with device placement and renal cases is also required. Travel experience is strongly preferred. On-call duty required for 12-15 days each month, self-scheduled. Candidates must be able to document and chart effectively. Knowledge of EKG lead placement, permanent pacemaker insertion, and stent placement is essential. Thrombolysis and thrombectomy skills are also necessary. Candidates must be prepared for a mandatory drug screen upon arrival. A positive result will lead to automatic cancellation of the contract. Candidates should avoid any substances that could yield a positive drug screen result. Experience with various patient age groups, including adults and geriatrics, is preferred.
