Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a clinical team that values your expertise while working in a hospital setting. You will assist physicians and cath lab personnel in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical data of the heart and vasculature.
What You'll Need:
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist required.
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification from CCI preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of recent Cath/EP lab experience required, including interventional and PCI procedures.
- Experience with EP responsibilities including scrubbing for device implants, lead revisions, and ablations required.
- Experience with adult patient population in a hospital cath/EP lab setting.
- Experience with Epic (Cupid) charting system preferred.
- Familiarity with Toshiba and Canon imaging equipment preferred.
- Current state radiology technologist license for Massachusetts required.
- AHA ACLS required. BLS required.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Primary Specialty: Cath Lab Tech / Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 07:00–17:30 (4x10 schedule indicated with Call requirements as described below).
- Schedule Notes: 4x10 day schedule with call expectations. Schedule block includes 7 call shifts per 4-week block, including three consecutive full weekend call shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Call room available on site.
- Procedures: PCI, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump, device implants, ablations.
- Floating: Potential floating to Interventional Radiology may be required.
