Description: Cardiac Cath Tech About Facility: 874 Licensed beds Level I Trauma Teaching Hospital Chest Pain Center Stroke Center Magnet Designated Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit Unit Information: Beds: 4 cardiac rooms and 3 vascular rooms Minimum Years of Experience required: at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Cardiac cases: NON-STEMI, STEMI, TAVR, Watchman, Mitral Clip Vascular cases: Mostly lower extremity angiograms and EVAR and TEVAR cases Required License, National Certification, Certs: Cardiac Cath Tech: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or RCIS Skills required: Cardiac Cath Tech: Required: Cath Lab experience; MUST have peripheral angiogram/run-off experience. Prefer experience with endografts, EVARs, TEVARS, etc. If no experience with those, MUST be willing to be taught here.
