Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab- Scrub, circulate, and monitor during Cath Lab and IR procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields
- Operate imaging equipment and ancillary devices
- Assist physicians with device preparation, placement, and troubleshooting
- Respond to emergent cases while on call
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards
- Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures
Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab- Valid Cath Lab Technologist certification
- Experience in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures
- Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control standards
