Description:
This role involves working in a high-functioning team environment.
The Cath Lab has 8 holding bays and 4 procedural suites.
The staff consists of 16 professionals dedicated to high-quality patient care.
Day shift typically runs from 6:30 to 17:30, with a rotating on-call schedule.
Patient ratios are 3 staff members to 1 patient in the procedural area.
Key equipment utilized includes Philips Fluoro Systems and CardioLab for EP.
Common procedures performed include LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacemaker and ICD placements, cardioversions, TEEs, and tilt table tests.
Monitoring skills, EP, structural heart experience, and right heart monitoring are essential.
Candidates must exhibit a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
The unit fosters an engaged culture with physicians and staff.
There is a strong emphasis on structural heart programs and low call ratios.
