Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Invasive Cardiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day Hours per Shift: 12.5 (07:00-19:30) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab License: State Radiographer license in conjunction with ARRT (R) Certifications: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI Must-Have: Proficient in scrubbing electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems. Proficient in scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases and supporting mechanical circulatory support devices. Experience supporting neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions. Expertise in assisting with vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Description: The ideal candidate will be a cross-trained cardiovascular technologist with advanced experience in various laboratory settings. This role requires proficiency in supporting high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventional cases. Responsibilities include scrubbing structural heart procedures and advanced cardiovascular imaging and technologies. Candidates should have experience with mechanical circulatory support devices and cardiovascular imaging systems. Participation in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation is required based on department needs.
