Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Invasive Cardiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day Hours per Shift: 12.5 (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab experience License: State Radiographer license Certifications: ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification through CCI Must-Have: BLS, ACLS Description: The ideal candidate will be a cross-trained cardiovascular technologist. Advanced experience is needed across electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart laboratories. Proficiency in supporting high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventional cases, is required. Experience in scrubbing electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems, is preferred. Proficiency in scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases, is essential. Candidates must be capable of supporting mechanical circulatory support devices. Experience in neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions, is required. Expertise in assisting with radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices is necessary. Familiarity with advanced cardiovascular imaging and technologies, including ICE, IVUS, OCT, and 3D mapping systems, is preferred. Skills in scrubbing structural heart procedures, such as TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and Watchman, are advantageous.
