Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,018 per week in Dayton, OH

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Must have cardiac cath lab experience greater than 1 year. License: Licensed Radiology Technologist Certifications: ARRT, RCIS, BLS Must-Have: Electrophysiology experience preferred. EPIC required. Description: Location: Main campus. This is a fast-paced, high-acuity Cath lab. The lab sees approximately 20 patients a day. The Cath lab performs structural heart procedures such as Watchman’s, TAVR, and Mitraclip. General responsibilities include performing advanced practice cardiac catheterization, peripheral angiography, electrophysiologic studies, therapeutic interventional procedures, and cardiac device implantation procedures. There is a requirement for one mandatory call shift per week and coverage for every fourth weekend. Weekend call starts at 0700 on Saturday and goes until 0700 on Monday. Candidates will assist cardiologists and other specialists with diagnostic and interventional procedures. They will also provide peri-procedural care and education for patients. Maintaining records and documentation for procedures is essential. The lab consists of two electrophysiology labs and five cath labs. Preferred experience includes use of EPIC and MacLab. Candidates must be comfortable floating based on job requirements with no restrictions or special requests.
